I'm about two weeks into living in Florida, this is the first local food I tried, exploring trying to find a go to spot, and after my chicken and shrimp I came to a pretty quick conclusion that I didn't need to shop around anymore.

Ketch a fire gets the flavor and true Jamaican culture perfectly to their food! I've tried alot of their dishes but the jerk bbq pork is so tender, flavorful and always keeps me coming back. Their rasta mac and cheese is on another level of amazing!

If you have not tried this PLEASE do get it. i go here occasionally & i love the traditional Jerk chicken..BUT. The snapper here is very delicious! very well seasoned & Fried to perfection. You can tell everything is made with love! Will always be a place I Enjoy getting authentic Jamaican food from.

I tried the BBQ Jerk ribs and the BBQ jerk chicken and I can truly say there was an explosion of flavor with each bite!!! The jerk Mac and cheese, Rasta pasta, rice and peas and bananas are veryyyy flavorful as well! 10/10 highly recommended!!!
